Tipping & Tilting
I get error "connection to server failed" when I install the file I have downloaded
This can happen because the file you downloaded initially is actually a download manager which wants to access the internet to find the correct application file for your particular machine. Depending on your firewall and its settings one of the following may occur when access to the internet is required by the download manager:
1) If your firewall gives you a choice to Allow or Deny access to the internet you should always choose to allow the "Q2 Installer" to access the internet. Installation will pause until you make this selection and will fail if you deny access to the internet.
2) If your firewall or virus checker is set to always block all programs from accessing the internet then the installation will fail. In this case you may find that there is an option in the virus checker/firewall settings where you can choose which programs are exceptions to the rule and allowed access. Please refer to your virus checker/firewall user documentation for further details and make the "Q2 Installer" an exception.
3) If neither of the above work you can temporarily disable the virus checker or firewall while you try the Q2 installation again. Once the installation has finished sucessfully do not forget to reactivate the virus checker.
You will need to consult the user documentation that came with the particular virus checker you are using in order to find out the correct way to make these adjustments. If you are using the popular Norton's anti-virus the following link may prove useful:

Awsome!!! My blue one is wedded to Surfside 1640AM. So much sound from such a little box. Works by the BBQ too.
